Legal Notice

Last updated 13 July 2026 · GetSwift (getswift.cloud)

This is the legal notice (Impressum) for GetSwift, identifying who operates the service and how to reach us — as required under EU law and the Digital Services Act.

01Service provider

This legal notice identifies the provider of GetSwift (getswift.cloud), as required by EU law, including the e-Commerce Directive and the Digital Services Act.

  • Service: GetSwift — a free file-hosting, link-in-bio, and email-alias platform.
  • Operated by: a private individual, established in Romania (European Union).
  • Legal form: sole private operator — GetSwift is not a registered company.
  • Contact: [email protected].
  • The operator's full name and postal address are available on request by emailing the contact address above.

02EU establishment

GetSwift is established within the European Union (Romania). Because the provider is established in the EU, no separate EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR, or legal representative under Article 13 of the Digital Services Act, is required — the operator is the directly responsible party.

03Point of contact (Digital Services Act)

Under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, GetSwift designates a single point of contact for both authorities and users. Communications can be made in English or Romanian.

04Responsibility for content

GetSwift is a hosting provider. Content stored, shared, or sent by users is their own, and the operator is not obliged to monitor it proactively. When we become aware of specific illegal content through a valid report, we act on it in accordance with the Digital Services Act and our Terms of Service. The rules for what users may host are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

06Consumer disputes

GetSwift is provided free of charge. We are not obliged to, and do not commit to, participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Where you have statutory consumer rights under EU or Romanian law, those are not affected.
